Refund Policy

Refund or replacement will be ensured for any of the following manufacturing defects:

a. You received a product that is different from what you ordered.

b. Seal of the product is damaged or open when purchased.

c. The packaging is damaged when purchased.

d. The product has turned rancid (not due to environmental factors) before its expiry date and within 24 hours of opening it.

1. The above-mentioned defects will be considered only if the complaint is received within 7 days of the billing date.

2. Replacement of the products is subject to the availability of the product at that time.

3. To ensure a refund or replacement, the customer should return the product in its original condition, keeping all the tags, labels and brand packaging intact.

4. If any fraudulent activities or accounts are suspected any refund or replacement request would be cancelled without any discretion.

5. The refund or replacement request would be cancelled if the product has crossed the expiry date. It is important to note while the Company makes its best efforts to ensure that refunds and cancellations are available to all its customers, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. To raise a dispute, please send an email to info.aurganicfoods@gmail.com. Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID/bill number, along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product
