WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. This includes verifying the order details, and packaging, and preparing it for shipment.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES?
We offer standard shipping for all orders within the specified delivery areas. The estimated delivery time is typically 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
We also offer free standard shipping on orders which are above Rs.499 and are in a particular region where the cost is bearable by the company.​

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

If the order is specific for gifting purposes, there might be extra charges included in the delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions concerning some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and inform you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:
